Maintenance Supervisor. (a) The Maintenance Supervisor is a working supervisor position, and shall be required to perform maintenance and repair duties as detailed in "Appendix B" (Part II).
(b) Must supply own hand tools as per "Appendix B" (Part III).
Maintenance Supervisor. At all times while on duty, employees will wear uniforms provided by GCTD with a GCTD logo and name displayed by: embroidered logo, employee ID badge, wearing name tag, or pre-printed on clothing. All clothing worn shall be presentable, clean, and in good repair.
Maintenance Supervisor. The designated person will possess at least three (3) years of similar working experience serving in similar facility in a supervisory/management role. Knowledge of guiding occupational health, hygiene and safety practices at work place is also required. The person will guide staff under his/her supervision in their work and use of various equipment. Must be fluent in oral and written English, possess strong inter-personal skills and the ability to remain calm even under pressure.
Maintenance Supervisor. A Maintenance Supervisor is an employee who is appointed to a specified role following a merit based recruitment process. Responsibilities of this level include: • Management of maintenance employees; • Management of asset maintenance to ensure reliability and performance of Seqwater’s assets; • Effective planning, scheduling and coordination of preventative and non routine maintenance activities and refurbishment programs across a defined geographical area; • Project managing works, the provision of technical advice and support to projects or resolving complex technical issues as required; • Management of budgets, administrative processes and tasks associated with the role and the achievement of performance objectives; and • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with Seqwater staff and contractors. Employees are this level must have attained the minimum requirements of TO7 and previous experience leading others. Appointed into the role. Progression is the attainment of a trade qualification. Progression is based on the attainment of identified competencies through acquisition of competencies as well as demonstrated proficiency. Progression will also be based on operational requirements. That is, the competencies and proficiencies attained and are being applied on the job. TO8 roles are predetermined by Seqwater. Appointment to a TO8 role will be as a result of a merit based recruitment process to a vacant designated TO8 role. Progression between these supervisory levels is based on attainment of necessary competencies/qualifications and demonstrated proficiency. Appointment will be to a vacant position and selected based on merit. It is noted that an employee may be able to move from this classification structure into the PO structure at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ based on the obtainment of the appropriate competencies and a vacant position. Classification criteria are guidelines to determine the appropriate classification level under this Agreement and consists of the work level description, characteristics and typical duties/skills. The key issue to be looked at in properly classifying a staff member is the level of initiative, responsibility/accountability, competency and skill that the staff member is required to exercise in the work performed within the parameters of the characteristics and not the duties per se. Maintenance Supervisor. Maintenance Supervisor. Client will be assigned a Supervisor. Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the seasonal opening and closing procedures of the Pool and facilitating the delivery of all pool necessities, including, but not limited to, chemicals, cleaning equipment, and lifesaving equipment. The Supervisor will also conduct inspections of the Pool's operation and facility conditions at least twice per week. The results of these inspections will be reported to SPMC Management immediately so that any necessary action can be taken quickly.
