Maintenance Supervision. Supervision of maintenance personnel for the ▇▇▇▇▇ Company including, (i) monitoring operations and working with the operations personnel described on Schedule 5.8.1 to plan, schedule, and set maintenance priorities, (ii) assisting in the development and execution of preventative and predictive maintenance practices, (iii) supervising maintenance mechanics on a daily basis including oversight of the maintenance resource pool of electricians, machinists, pipefitters, welders, boilermakers and other crafts.
Maintenance Supervision. 6.8.1. One of OSITRAN’s duties is to carry out the supervision and technical oversight of the obligations assumed by the CONCESSIONAIRE in this Contract, related to the Airport Maintenance and Operation. For this purpose, it shall execute its functions according to what is established in the “Regulatory Rules”, including but not limited to, OSITRAN’s General Regulation of Supervision and Regulations of Infractions and Penalties. OSITRAN shall carry out the supervision and technical assessments in order to verify the complete compliance with the Basic Standards and other conditions set forth in this Contract. 6.8.2. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall provide OSITRAN free access to the entire Concession Area to carry out its supervision and control tasks with the proper accuracy and with no impediments Likewise, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall provide free access to the GRANTOR to carry out his duties without any impediments. 6.8.3. In case of breach, OSITRAN shall inform in written to the CONCESSIONAIRE, the results of the technical assessment as a result of its supervision and control, specifying the detected problems or defects which are not in compliance with the Minimum Technical Requirements, without prejudice of the application of the penalties that may correspond.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out. 1.9.2 Contractor's site supervisor shall be responsible for communication with the State's representatives and shall meet with the Project Manager at the site on a weekly basis to discuss project status, including any problems, ideas, or concerns related to the project work. 1.9.3 Contractor and its employees shall be subject to all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations for the conduct of personnel. 1.9.4 The Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his/her subcontractors and their employees at all times.

  • CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.

  • Servicing and Maintenance Standards On behalf of the Issuer, the Servicer shall (a) manage, service, administer and make collections in respect of the Cost Recovery Property with reasonable care and in material compliance with applicable Requirements of Law, including all applicable Commission Regulations, using the same degree of care and diligence that the Servicer exercises with respect to similar assets for its own account and, if applicable, for others; (b) follow customary standards, policies and procedures in performing its duties as Servicer that are customary in the electric transmission and distribution industry in the Commonwealth of Kentucky; (c) use all reasonable efforts, consistent with its customary servicing procedures, to enforce, and maintain rights in respect of, the Cost Recovery Property and to impose, bill, charge, collect, receive, and adjust the Charges; (d) comply with all Requirements of Law, including all applicable Commission Regulations and guidelines, applicable to and binding on it relating to the Cost Recovery Property; (e) file and maintain the effectiveness of UCC financing statements with respect to the Cost Recovery Property; (f) take such other action on behalf of the Issuer to ensure that the Lien of the Indenture Trustee on the Collateral remains perfected and of first priority (including, if necessary, making any filings that are required by the UCC if the Servicer or the Issuer changes its name or its jurisdiction of organization); and (g) within thirty (30) days after each five-year anniversary of the Closing Date, provide the Indenture Trustee with confirmation that all filings required under the UCC and the Act to maintain the Liens of the Indenture Trustee in the Cost Recovery Property remain in effect. The Servicer shall follow such customary and usual practices and procedures as it shall deem necessary or advisable in its servicing of all or any portion of the Cost Recovery Property, which, in the Servicer’s judgment, may include the taking of legal action, at the Issuer’s expense but subject to the priority of payments set forth in Section 8.02(e) of the Indenture.

  • Maintenance Support State Street shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct system functions that do not work according to the System Product Description as set forth on Attachment A in priority order in the next scheduled delivery release or otherwise as soon as is practicable.

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.
