Each Pool Member, the Ancillary Services Provider and the Grid Operator shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Executive Committee, at all times maintain a Settlement Account and the Pool Funds Administrator shall enter into and maintain a Settlement Bank Mandate with each of the relevant Settlement Banks.
