MAINTENANCE OF RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX. 16.1 The Owner/Promoter shall frame a scheme for maintenance and management of common areas and common amenities and facilities of the said Residential Complex and overall management and control of the common areas together with amenities and facilities in the said residential complex shall be transferred, conveyed and sold to the Association as per applicable laws and shall remain vested in the Maintenance Agency to be appointed by the Owner/Promoter and or Association and all decisions with respect to the management and control shall be binding on all the Purchasers of the said Residential Complex.
