Apartment. You are leasing the apartment listed above for use as a private residence only.
Apartment. MSU leases to Tenant the unit located at the address provided in the Lease Email, East Lansing, Michigan 48823 (including all furnishings (if any), the “Apartment”). Tenant has received a move- in inventory checklist and will return a completed copy of it to MSU within 7 days after receiving it. The Apartment is conclusively presumed to be in good condition at move-in, unless Tenant specifies objections on the move-in inventory checklist. Such objections are not a request for repairs.
Apartment. University operates 318 Commons, a housing facility for University students, located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx (the “Building”). University grants Mayo Student the right to occupy Apartment No. [insert apartment number] in the Building (the “Apartment”) during the term stated below. A maximum of four Mayo students may occupy the Apartment described in this Student Agreement, and each Mayo student will be required to sign a separate Student Summer Housing Agreement. No other persons will be allowed to stay in the Apartment overnight. University, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to relocate the Apartment to a comparable apartment in the Building at any time during the term stated below, which relocation will not be unreasonably undertaken.
Apartment. The University is planning to reserve apartments at the following location: 00000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 (“AVA Studio City”) (the "Apartment Unit") from Kapi Residences, Inc. (the "Landlord"). The Managing Agent (Kapi Residences, Inc.) will assign the Apartment Units.

University grants Resident the right to occupy Apartment No. in the Building (the “Apartment”) during the Term stated below. A maximum of four persons may occupy the Apartment described in this Agreement. No minor children will be allowed to live in the Apartment.
Apartment. The Company shall provide a furnished apartment to Seng in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area for a period of up to six (6) months following the commencement of Seng's employment, which will be used while the position requires Seng's full-time presence at the Company's offices in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Apartment. Executive shall be entitled to the use of a residential apartment in Namur, Belgium, as leased by the Company from time to time, for the Employment Term.
Apartment. UNIT shall mean All That the Unit more fully described in the Third Schedule hereunder written.
Apartment. Since the Executive will spend the majority of his time in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, the Company shall provide Executive with the use of a furnished apartment in the Kennett Square, Pennsylvania area following the commencement of this Agreement at no cost.
Apartment. For a period ending on the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the Commencement Date and (ii) the date the Executive secures a permanent residence in the State of Maine, the Company shall reimburse Executive, or pay directly, all reasonable expenses associated with a furnished apartment.
