Common use of Maintenance of Records and Documents Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Records and Documents. The Depositary agrees to maintain or cause its agents to maintain records of all Receipts surrendered and Deposited Securities withdrawn, substitute Receipts delivered, and of cancelled or destroyed Receipts, in keeping with procedures ordinarily followed by stock transfer agents located in the City of New York, or as required by applicable law.
