Maintenance of Project Documentation. The Consultant shall utilize the Department’s internet-based project management collaboration system for written communications and document management and exchange between the County and the Consultant, for which the County shall provide the required licenses, access codes, and training at the County’s facility, if applicable. Documents posted to the system shall be in accordance with the Portable Document Format (PDF) requirements and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) standards set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Work.

Maintenance of Project Documentation. A. Upon written request by the Project Manager, the Consultant shall provide the District with access to all documents and correspondence, including e-mail communications, memoranda, and all other written materials prepared or used in performance of work on this Project.

The REIT may list the common stock of REIT for trading in the New York Stock Exchange or another nationally recognized exchange in connection with the IPO Event, and the common stock of REIT shall at all times after the effective date of such IPO Event and during the term of this Agreement be listed for trading and be traded on such exchange.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.
