Maintenance of Ownership of Subsidiaries. Except as permitted by Section 6.4, the Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, sell or otherwise dispose of any shares of capital stock of any of the Borrower’s Subsidiaries or permit any Subsidiary to issue, sell, or otherwise dispose of any shares of its capital stock or the capital stock of any of the Borrower’s Subsidiaries.

Maintenance of Ownership of Subsidiaries. Except as permitted by Section 6.46.04, the Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, sell or otherwise dispose of any shares of capital stock of any of the Borrower’s 's Subsidiaries or permit any Subsidiary to issue, sell, or otherwise dispose of any shares of its capital stock or the capital stock of any of the Borrower’s 's Subsidiaries.
