Maintenance of Office Agency. The Administrative Trustees shall designate an office or offices or agency or agencies where Trust Preferred Securities Certificates may be surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange and where notices and demands to or upon the Issuer Trustees in respect of the Trust Securities Certificates may be served. The Administrative Trustees initially designate Wilmington Trust Company, Rodxxx Xxuare North, 1100 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000, Xttention: Corporate Trust Administration, as its office and agency for such purposes. The Administrative Trustee shall give prompt written notice to the Depositor, the Property Trustees and to the Holders of any change in the location of the Securities Register or any such office or agency.
