Common use of Maintenance Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Guidelines. The City's use of the Premises shall be subject to the maintenance guidelines which the District may amend from time to time in its reasonable discretion (the "Maintenance Guidelines''). A copy of the Maintenance Guidelines is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
