Common use of Maintenance Easement Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Easement. In conjunction with the Grantor's grant of the right of encroachment as contained within this Agreement, the Grantor hereby grants to the Owner the right, license, privilege and easement across, over, under, and upon the Grantor's Lands and the Road Allowance as is reasonably required in order to allow the Owner to inspect the condition of the Encroachments, and to attend to routine maintenance and repairs of the Encroachments.
