Common use of Maintenance Depots Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Depots. 17.14.1 For discharging its Maintenance Obligations under and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Operator shall also operate and maintain the Maintenance Depots in accordance with the Specifications and Standards, Good Industry Practices and the provisions of this Agreement. 17.14.2 Subject to adequate space being made available at the Maintenance Depots by the Authority, the Maintenance Depots shall have adequate repair and maintenance facilities for the entire fleet of Buses as well as parking facility for the entire fleet of Buses deployed at such depot.

Maintenance Depots. 17.14.1 For discharging its Maintenance Obligations under and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Operator shall also build and operate and maintain the Maintenance Depots maintenance depots in accordance with the Specifications and Standardsprovisions of this Article 17 (the “Maintenance Depots”). 17.14.2 The land required for each Maintenance Depot, Good Industry Practices and as the case maybe, shall be provided by the Authority to the Operator in accordance with the provisions of this AgreementArticle 10. 17.14.2 Subject to adequate space being made available at the Maintenance Depots by the Authority, the Maintenance Depots shall have adequate repair and maintenance facilities for the entire fleet of Buses as well as parking facility for the entire fleet of Buses deployed at such depot.
