Maintenance/Custodial. An employee who is assigned to or substitutes on any job during the absence of another employee or who performs the duties of a higher classification, shall receive the rate for the job or their regular rate, whichever is the greater.

Maintenance/Custodial. 1. All contractors, contractor’s representatives, and installation technicians performing work in the Building shall be subject to Landlord’s written prior approval and shall be required to comply with Landlord’s standard rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, as the same may be revised from time to time. Tenant shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, codes and ordinances pursuant to which said work shall be performed. 2. Tenant shall not install, operate or maintain in the Premises or in any other area of the Building, any electrical equipment which does not bear the U/L (Underwriters Laboratories) seal of approval, or which would overload the electrical system or any part thereof beyond its capacity for proper, efficient and safe operation as determined by Landlord, taking into consideration the overall electrical system and the present and future requirements therefor in the Building. Tenant shall not operate personal electronic devices for individual use such as coffeepots, toasters, refrigerators, space heaters, etc. without Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
