Maintenance Contracts. As a part of Tenant's Required Actions, --------------------- Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, maintain contracts for the inspection, maintenance and service of the (i) heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment, (ii) boiler, fired or unfired pressure vessels, (iii) fire sprinkler and/or standpipe and hose or other automatic fire extinguishing systems, including fire alarm and/or smoke detection, and (iv) electrical systems.
