Maintenance and Storage. The Contractor is responsible for keeping all supplies in its control and all Equipment, including personal protective equipment, well maintained and compliant with Law and shall check the same periodically for safety hazards. All supplies in the Contractor’s control and all Equipment is to be stored out-of-sight in the appropriate designated area(s) when not in use. The Contractor shall be responsible for using all products as indicated by the manufacturer.
Maintenance and Storage. A. Customer shall at all times maintain at its cost each PL Tool identified on Exhibit A as required in any Operating Materials or maintenance schedules provided with any such PL Tool. Such maintenance shall include, at a minimum, properly lubricating each PL as set forth in the Operating Materials or maintenance schedules.
B. Customer shall at all times store each PL Tool identified on Exhibit A in an appropriate manner in order to ensure that (i) no one, other than individuals intended by Customer to operate such PL Tool, has access to such PL Tool; and (ii) to ensure protection from the elements or other hazards.
Maintenance and Storage. In consideration for the use of the Fields as authorized in Section 2 above, the BURROS and the BLUE DEMONS shall be responsible during their respective use periods for the reasonable maintenance and upkeep of the Fields (including related facilities such as dugouts), including but not limited to turf mowing, fertilization, weed control, garbage removal, repairs, and infield and dugout maintenance.
Maintenance and Storage. 4.1. Maintenance of inventory shall be done in consultation between Vrijhof Culture and the Association Board. When a unanimous decision is made to have maintenance done, the costs will be shared in the same proportion as for purchase, unless otherwise agreed (see art. 2.1). If one of the parties does not agree that maintenance is necessary, the party that requests the maintenance will pay for it. In this case both parties need to agree on maintenance being done.
4.2. Storage of the PRV materials shall take place in consultation with Vrijhof Culture before the materials are purchased. Materials purchased by an association that do not fall under the PRV regulation may only be stored in the (storage) space(s) allocated to the association, such as the cupboards and spaces in the association storage rooms.
Maintenance and Storage. 6.1 The Client will make daily routine inspections and report problems to Science North. The Client will provide daily maintenance and care of the Exhibit at its own expense. The Exhibit will require daily start-up and shutdown procedures, cleaning and/or adjusting and minor repairs as necessary to maintain the Exhibit in good working order. All repairs and replacements are the responsibility of the Client and will be made in compliance with the accompanying Operations Manual which shall be reviewed in Training, and repaired or replaced to not less than their original state and value as of the time the Exhibit was received by the Client. A small inventory of spare parts and consumables will accompany the Exhibit. The Client understands and agrees that, due to the unique nature of the Exhibit, qualified technicians must make all major maintenance, repairs and replacements. The Client agrees not to perform any maintenance or repairs to the Exhibit other than those that are included in the regular operations of the Exhibit and have been outlined in the Training without prior consultation with and approval by Science North.
6.2 Client shall complete and submit maintenance reports as required by Science North.
6.3 Science North will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Exhibit shall be free of major breakdowns or malfunctions from the Date of Opening to the Date of Closing and will provide service and maintenance for major breakdowns. Such maintenance agreement assumes normal, reasonable operation and care by the Client's staff and visitors. Any maintenance or repair caused by other than normal operation will be the responsibility of the Client.
6.4 If Science North representatives are called upon to travel to the Client’s premises, and the cause of the problem is determined to be due to a fault which is not the responsibility of Science North, Client shall pay Science North for labour involved at a rate of USD$700 per day, plus reimbursement of travel and material costs.
