Common use of Maintenance and Repair; Return Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Repair; Return. (a) The Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain each Property in good condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) and make all necessary repairs thereto, of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether interior or exterior, ordinary or extraordinary, structural or nonstructural or foreseen or unforeseen, in each case as required by all Requirements of Law, Property Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements and in no event less than the standards applied by the Lessee in the operation and maintenance of other comparable properties owned or leased by the Lessee or its Affiliates.

Maintenance and Repair; Return. (a) The Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain each Property in good condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) and make all necessary repairs thereto, of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether interior or exterior, ordinary or extraordinary, structural or nonstructural extraordinary or foreseen or unforeseen, in each case as required by all Requirements of Law, Property Legal Requirements Law and Insurance Requirements (except where the failure to comply would not have a Material Adverse Effect) and in no event less applying standards of maintenance lower than the standards applied by the Lessee in the operation and maintenance of other comparable properties owned or leased by the Lessee or its Affiliates.

(a) The Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain each Property in as good condition as when delivered to the Lessee hereunder (ordinary wear and tear excepted) and make all necessary repairs thereto, of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether interior or exterior, ordinary or extraordinary, structural or nonstructural extraordinary or foreseen or unforeseen, in each case as required by all Requirements of Law, Property Legal Requirements Law and Insurance Requirements and in no event less applying standards of maintenance lower than the standards applied by the Lessee in the operation and maintenance of other comparable properties owned or leased by the Lessee or its Affiliates.

(a) The Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain each the Property (including any fencing on the Property) in good condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted) and make all necessary repairs thereto, of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether interior or exterior, ordinary or extraordinary, structural or nonstructural or foreseen or unforeseen, in each case as required by all Requirements of Law, Property Legal Requirements Law and Insurance Requirements and in no event less than the standards applied by the Lessee in the operation and maintenance of other comparable properties owned or leased by the Lessee or its Affiliates.
