Common use of Maintenance and Janitorial Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Janitorial. The parties agree that Maintenance and Janitorial shall not be included in the bargaining unit and shall not be covered by the terms and conditions of this Collective Agreement. The parties further agree that Maintenance and Janitorial shall not perform any work that has been performed by employees of the bargaining unit and/or is considered bargaining unit work outside of the regular duties of the Maintenance and Janitorial positions.
