Common use of Maintenance and Contributions to Plans Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Contributions to Plans. Except as disclosed below, neither Company nor any ERISA Affiliate (A) maintains or has maintained any Pension Plan, (B) contributes or has contributed to any Multiemployer Plan, or (C) provides or has provided post-retirement medical or insurance benefits to employees or former employees (other than benefits required under Section 601 of ERISA, Section 4980B of the IRC, or applicable state law).

Maintenance and Contributions to Plans. Except as disclosed below, neither Company nor any no Company, Subsidiary or ERISA Affiliate (A) maintains or has maintained any Pension Plan, (B) contributes or has contributed to any Multiemployer Plan, or (C) provides or has provided post-retirement medical or insurance benefits to employees or former employees (other than benefits required under Section 601 of ERISA, Section 4980B of the IRC, or applicable state law).
