Maintenance Allowance. (A) In the first regular check following the first pay period of each year, an employee who customarily wears a uniform while working shall receive a maintenance allowance of $1,175.00 each calendar year, except that recruits who have not completed twelve (12) months employment by a given January 1st shall be paid a pro-rated uniform maintenance allowance.
Maintenance Allowance. Each full-time employee of the Fire & EMS Division will receive a maintenance allowance in the amount of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per year. Such maintenance allowance will be paid to all full-time employees of the Fire & EMS Division on or before the tenth (10th) working day of February by a separate check. The Employer will require employees to wear a uniform. The Employer shall provide a reasonable number of new uniform items for the employee’s use. Employees are required to reasonably care for any uniforms issued, and they may launder such uniforms through machines provided on the Employer’s premises.
Maintenance Allowance. (a) Employees who are engaged to drive and operate plant and equipment and who are required, by Council, to carry out routine maintenance and/or running repairs, will be entitled to a Maintenance Allowance.

Maintenance Allowance. A. Effective July 1, 2015, and annually thereafter, each officer in active duty as of July 1 each year shall be entitled to an annual clothing maintenance allowance of $600 and each plainclothes officer in active duty as of July 1 of each year shall receive an annual clothing allowance of $500. Payments made in accordance with this Section shall be received no later than October 1 of each fiscal year.
Maintenance Allowance. The annual uniform maintenance allowance for a Crewmember will be two hundred dollars ($200.00), paid during the first bid period following the anniversary of his Date of Hire and every year thereafter, provided the Crewmember is employed at the time the allowance is paid.
Maintenance Allowance. Effective July 1, 2014, the Maintenance Allowance paid to members of the bargaining unit will be $350. Effective July 1, 2015, the Maintenance Allowance paid to members of the bargaining unit will be $350. Effective July 1, 2016, the Maintenance Allowance paid to members of the bargaining unit will be $350. In order to be eligible to receive the Maintenance Allowance, an employee must have been hired prior to January 1st of the calendar year in which it is paid, and must be on the Payroll as of July 1st of that year. Such payment will be either the first or second pay check of August.
Maintenance Allowance. Each regular Dancer shall each year receive an allowance of nine hundred ($900) dollars towards the Dancer’s expenses of physical maintenance, outside classes, chiropractic treatments, etc., such sum to be paid at the beginning of the regular New York Season.
Maintenance Allowance. An allowance will be paid fortnightly to maintenance employees at Parkville and Broadmeadows for work performed in a confined space, cold room or dirty work. Maintenance employees at Parkville and Broadmeadows eligible for this payment are to be identified as either tier 1 (trade/maintenance) or tier 2 (co-ordinator/controller). The averaged rates are: Tier 1 - $37.88 per fortnight Tier 2 - $9.47 per fortnight Averaged payment is in substitute for individual claims and variations to components of the averaged payment. Payments averaged are not subject to overtime or shift penalties. Employees cannot concurrently claim maintenance allowance and confined space/cold room/dirty work allowance.
