Maintaining Plan. The Construction Manager will keep the Construction Management Plan current throughout the pre-construction services phase so that the Construction Management Plan is ready for implementation at the start of the construction phase. The update/revisions will take into account (a) revisions in Construction Documents; (b) the Construction Manager's examination of the results of any additional investigatory reports of subsurface conditions, drawings of physical conditions of existing surface and subsurface facilities, and documents depicting underground utilities placement and physical condition, whether obtained by AWC, Project Designers, or the Construction Manager; (c) unresolved permitting issues, and significant issues, if any, pertaining to the acquisition of land and rights-of-way; (d) the fast-tracking (if any) of the construction, or other chosen construction delivery methods; (e) the requisite number of separate bidding documents to be advertised; (f) the status of the procurement of long-lead time equipment and/or materials; and
