Maintainer Operators (MOPs. Where the change is from Maintenance to Operations, two clear days off are required before roster commencement. Where the change is from Operations to Maintenance, four clear days off are required before maintenance work commences. If this does not occur, then overtime rates will apply. MOPs performing day work may be required to perform operating duties during their day to support unplanned operational requirements at the discretion of the Group Leader.
