Common use of Maintain System Clause in Contracts

Maintain System. ‌ The Governmental Agency agrees that during the entire term of this Assistance Agreement, it will keep the Project, including all appurtenances thereto, and the equipment and machinery therein, in good and sound repair and good operating condition at its own cost so that the completed Project will continue to provide the services for which the System is designed.
