Common use of Maintain Property Clause in Contracts

Maintain Property. The Company shall at all times maintain, preserve and keep all of its Assets in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and shall from time to time, as the Company deems appropriate in its reasonable judgment, make all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, and additions thereto so that at all times the efficiency thereof shall be fully preserved and maintained. The Company shall permit Buyer to examine and inspect such Assets at all reasonable times upon reasonable notice during business hours. During the continuance of any Event of Default hereunder or under any Transaction Documents, the Buyer shall, at the Company’s expense, have the right to make additional inspections without providing advance notice.
