Common use of Maintain Organization Clause in Contracts

Maintain Organization. The Company and the Shareholder will take such action as may be necessary to maintain, preserve, renew and keep in favor and effect the existence, rights and franchises of the Company and they will use their best efforts to preserve the business organization of the Company intact, to keep available to the Company the present officers and employees, and to preserve for the Company their present relationships with suppliers and customers and others having business relationships with the Company.

Maintain Organization. The Company and the Shareholder will take such action as may be necessary to maintain, preserve, renew and keep in favor and effect the existence, material rights and franchises of the Company and they will use their its commercially reasonable best efforts efforts, to the extent material hereto, to preserve the business organization of the Company intact, to keep available to the Company Buyer the present officers and employees, and to preserve for the Company their Buyer its present relationships with suppliers and customers and others having business relationships with the Company.
