Common use of Maintain Organization Clause in Contracts

Maintain Organization. The Company and the Subsidiaries will take such action as may be necessary to maintain, preserve and renew their existence, rights and franchises and will use commercially reasonable best efforts to (i) preserve their respective business organizations intact; (ii) keep available their present officers and employees; and (iii) preserve their present business relationships with suppliers, clients, charterers, customers and others.
