Common use of Maintain Organization Clause in Contracts

Maintain Organization. The Seller will take such action as may be necessary to maintain, preserve, renew and keep in favor the material rights and franchises of the Seller and will use its commercially reasonable best efforts, to the extent material hereto, to preserve the business organization of the Seller intact, to keep available to Buyer the present officers and employees, and to preserve for Buyer its present relationships with suppliers and customers and others having business relationships with the Seller.

Maintain Organization. The Sellers will use its commercially reasonable their best efforts, to the extent material hereto, efforts to preserve the business organization of the Seller Businesses intact, to keep available to the Buyer the present officers and employees, their current employees and to preserve for the Buyer its present their current relationships with suppliers suppliers, customers, officers, employees and customers agents of the Sellers and others having business relationships dealings with the SellerSellers.
