Common use of Maintain Organization Clause in Contracts

Maintain Organization. The Company will use its best efforts to maintain, preserve, renew and keep in force and effect the existence, rights and franchises of the Company and to preserve the business organization of the Company intact, to keep available to Purchaser the present officers and employees of the Company, and to preserve for Purchaser its present relationships with suppliers and customers and others having business relationships with the Company.

Maintain Organization. The Company will use its best efforts take such action as may be necessary to maintain, preserve, renew and keep in force favor and effect the existence, rights and franchises of the Company and will use its best efforts to preserve the business organization of the Company intact, to keep available to Purchaser Company the present officers and employees of the Companyemployees, and to preserve for Purchaser Company its present relationships with suppliers and customers and others having business relationships with the Company.

The Company will use its best reasonable efforts to maintain, preserve, renew and keep in force favor and effect the existence, rights and franchises of the Company Business and will use reasonable efforts to preserve the business organization of the Company Business intact, to keep available to Purchaser Buyer the present officers and employees of the CompanyBusiness, and to preserve for Purchaser Buyer its present relationships with suppliers and customers and others having business relationships with the CompanyBusiness.

The Company will use its best efforts take such action as may be commercially reasonable to maintain, preserve, renew and keep in force favor and effect the existence, rights and franchises of the Company and will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve the business organization of the Company intact, to keep available to Purchaser the Company the present officers and employees of the CompanyCompany Employees, and to preserve for Purchaser its present relationships with suppliers and customers and others having business relationships with the Company.
