Common use of Maintain Order Clause in Contracts

Maintain Order. Tenant shall at all times maintain order in the Unit, and shall not make or permit any loud, improper or boisterous conduct or otherwise disturb other Tenants of the Facility. All radios, television sets, stereo equipment, or any other appliances or items which may cause noise, etc., shall be turned down to a level of sound that does not annoy or interfere with other Tenants of the Facility. No band instruments shall be played on the Premises at any time. No music lessons, either vocal or instrumental, shall be permitted on the Premises at any time. No candles, halogen lamps, incense or other odor producing items shall be used on the Premises. Tenant shall not permit any offensive noises and/or odors to originate from the Premises at any time.
