Maintain Access. City shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, maintain all airport-owned roads on the Airport giving access to the Terminal Building in good and adequate condition for use by cars and trucks and shall maintain free and uninterrupted access to the Terminal Building over said road at all times. City reserves the right to reasonably restrict access to the Terminal Building area for automobile deliveries during peak activity periods.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time.   • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
