MAINTAIN ACCESS Clause Samples
The "Maintain Access" clause requires one party to ensure that the other party continues to have necessary access to certain resources, systems, or information throughout the duration of an agreement. In practice, this might mean keeping online platforms available, providing login credentials, or ensuring physical entry to a facility as needed for the performance of contractual duties. The core function of this clause is to prevent disruptions that could hinder the fulfillment of obligations, thereby ensuring smooth operations and minimizing the risk of delays or breaches due to lack of access.
MAINTAIN ACCESS. A. The General Contractor shall maintain all entrances and exits from the building for the duration of the contract as well as access to and around the building for vehicular traffic and authorized personnel.
B. All materials resulting from demolition and removal operations shall be transported to the ground into dumpster bodies.
MAINTAIN ACCESS. City shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, maintain all airport-owned roads on the Airport giving access to the Terminal Building in good and adequate condition for use by cars and trucks and shall maintain free and uninterrupted access to the Terminal Building over said road at all times. City reserves the right to reasonably restrict access to the Terminal Building area for automobile deliveries during peak activity periods.
MAINTAIN ACCESS. The County shall throughout the term of this Concession Agreement maintain all airport‐owned roads on the Airport keeping access to the Terminal in good and adequate condition for use by cars and trucks and shall maintain free and uninterrupted access to the Terminal over said roads at all times (unless security or construction conditions dictate otherwise). The County reserves the right to restrict access to the Terminal for deliveries during peak activity periods by giving ten (10) days notice of such restrictions.
MAINTAIN ACCESS. FWACAA shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, maintain all roads on the Airport giving access to the Terminal in good and adequate condition for use by cars and trucks and shall maintain free and uninterrupted access to the Ready/Return Lot over such roads at all times.

The Authority reserves the right to restrict access to the Terminal for deliveries during peak activity periods.
MAINTAIN ACCESS. (1) EMHS must:
(a) at all times allow the Shire and anyone authorised by the Shire, unrestricted access and use of the Accessway for the purpose of access to and from the Shire Lot, both pedestrian and vehicular;
(b) at all reasonable times allow members of the public to have access and use of the Accessway for pedestrian purposes.
