Mainstage MAIN. An Artist not under an ESCA Engagement Contract to the Theatre replacing a Mainstage Stage Manager who is absent due to illness, injury, or some other emergency not related to the Theatre, shall be signed to an ESCA Engagement Contract and paid not less than two-sixths (2/6ths) of the applicable minimum weekly fee per performance and partial week payments, plus double overtime if any rehearsals are required or alternatively contracted on a standard ESCA Engagement Contract - choice to be made by the Theatre.
