Main Project closure phase. During this phase, the Consultant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Ensuring that training sessions are held for the Company's operators and maintenance personnel. • Verifying that the operation and maintenance manuals, guarantees, annotated blueprints, annotated shop drawings and other relevant documents have been provided to the Company. • Recommending acceptance of the work, with the necessary reservations as required. • Ensuring that the work to be completed and the correction of deficiencies are done correctly and in a timely manner. • Ensuring that the final inspections are performed by the appropriate professionals and obtaining their recommendation for final acceptance of the work. • Verifying that as-built plans and specifications are obtained for each discipline, whether or not there have been any changes during construction.
