Mailing of Class Notices. Within twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of the Class Data, the Settlement Administrator will mail via first-class regular U.S. Mail and email the Class Notice to all identified Class Members using the mailing and email address information provided by Defendant and the results of the skip trace performed on all former Defendant employee Class Members.
