Allowable Administrative Applications. The following modifications to this Agreement and the PD Plan may be considered and approved by the Administrator. At the time of application, the City will set and collect from the Developer a reasonable fee for the Administrative Application submitted, which fee will be commensurate with the time, personnel, and costs involved or reasonably anticipated to be involved with processing the Application. The City may take up to two (2) business days to determine the appropriate fee to be collected, prior to processing the Administrative Application.
