Mail Privilege. The Federation shall have the right to use employee mail boxes for the purpose of communication with employees. Placement of mail shall be accomplished during any unassigned time and/or before or after the normal work day. Hard copies and/or electronic copies of the documents of general distribution will be provided to the building administration at the time of distribution.
Mail Privilege. The Association may place communications in the individual mail boxes of members of the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement. The placement of such communications by an Association representative shall be outside of normal working hours. No public political material shall be placed in mail boxes. A copy of any communication shall be submitted simultaneously to the building administrator.
