Mail Notice. 9.1.1 In the event of Preliminary Approval, Defendant shall create a list of Settlement Class Members, including the telephone number and last known address for each Class Member to the extent available from its existing business records. As soon as practicable, but in no event more than twenty one (21) days after Preliminary Approval, Defendant shall deliver the list of Settlement Class Members to the Claims Administrator. As a condition of receiving the list of settlement class members, the Claims Administrator will maintain the confidentiality of that data.
