Mail Forwarding. TFMC agrees that following the Effective Time it shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to forward to TEN any correspondence relating to the TEN Business (or a copy thereof to the extent such correspondence relates to both the TFMC Business and the TEN Business) that is delivered to TFMC and TEN agrees that following the Effective Time it shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to forward to TFMC any correspondence relating to the TFMC Business (or a copy thereof to the extent such correspondence relates to both the TFMC Business and the TEN Business) that is delivered to TEN.
