M ilitary Leave. 22.4.1 The Employer may grant a leave of absence of up to one (1) week with pay and up to one (1) week without pay, for a total of two (2) weeks in a year, for the purpose of Canadian Forces Reserve Training. 22.4.2 An employee granted a leave of absence pursuant to Article 22.6 shall accrue credits and be covered by benefit plans during such leave.
