LPN Security Sample Clauses

LPN Security. VNSNY Home Care will provide for the security of the On-Call Group LPNs by making arrangements for highly qualified trained security personnel to travel with the Nurses on On-Call visits, in accordance with Sections 14.4.1 and 14.4.2, as drivers and as security personnel to accompany the Employee into the patient’s home, remain during the visit, and to return the Employee to his or her home in the region or to another mutually agreed upon designated area. The same security will be provided for LPN visits in Day Time Escort Areas during the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
