Common use of Louisiana Residents Clause in Contracts

Louisiana Residents. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if Partner is a resident of Louisiana, the applicable law, jurisdiction and venue of any dispute between the parties arising from this Agreement shall be pursuant to Louisiana law.
