Common use of LOST, STOLEN OR MUTILATED OPTION Clause in Contracts

LOST, STOLEN OR MUTILATED OPTION. If this Option is lost, stolen, -------------------------------- mutilated or destroyed, the Company shall, on such terms as to indemnity or otherwise as the Company may reasonably impose, issue a new Option of like denomination, tenor and date. Any such new Option shall constitute an original contractual obligation of the Company, whether or not the allegedly lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed Option shall be at any time enforceable by anyone.

LOST, STOLEN OR MUTILATED OPTION.
