Mutilated or Missing Warrant. In case the Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may in its discretion issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for, and upon cancellation of, the mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of, and in substitution for, the Warrant lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant of like tenor and representing an equivalent right or interest, but only upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant. Applicants for such substitute Warrant shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant. In case the certificate evidencing this Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may, in its discretion, issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of this certificate if it is mutilated, or in lieu of and substitution for this certificate if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant certificate of like tenor and representing an equivalent right or interest, but only upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of this Warrant and indemnity, if requested, also satisfactory to the Company. Applicants for such substitute Warrant certificate shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant. In case the certificate or ---------------------------- certificates evidencing the Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall, at the request of the Holder, issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated certificate or certificates, or in lieu of and substitution for the certificate or certificates lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant certificate or certificates of like tenor and representing an equivalent right or interest, but only upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant and of a bond of indemnity, if requested, also satisfactory in form and amount at the applicant's cost. Applicants for such substitute Warrant certificate shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe, not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($250) per occurrence.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence and indemnity satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, if mutilated, the Company will make and deliver in lieu of this Warrant a new Warrant of the same series and of like tenor of this Warrant.

Applicants for such substitute Warrant certificate shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant. In case any Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant of like tenor and representing an equivalent right or interest; but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant and an agreement to indemnify the Company, also reasonably satisfactory to the Company. Section 5.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant and, if requested, upon delivery of an indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it the Company and, in case of mutilation, upon surrender of such Warrant for cancellation to the Company, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Holder, in lieu hereof, a new Warrant of like tenor and exercisable for an equivalent number of Warrant Shares as this Warrant so lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed; provided, that, in the case of mutilation, no indemnity shall be required if this Warrant in identifiable form is surrendered to the Company for cancellation. Applicants for such substitute Warrant shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant. In case any Warrant Certificate or Certificates shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall, at the request of the affected Warrant-Holder, issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated certificate or certificates, or in lieu of and substitution for the certificate or certificates lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant Certificate or Certificate representing an equivalent right or interest, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant Certificate.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender of this Warrant, and upon cancellation of this Warrant, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Holder a new Warrant of like tenor and representing the right to purchase the same number of Shares as this Warrant then entitles the Holder hereof to purchase.
Mutilated or Missing Warrant. In case this Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may in its discretion issue, in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of, this Warrant, if mutilated, or in lieu of and in substitution for this Warrant if lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant of like tenor and in the same aggregate denomination (but reflecting the number of Warrant Shares as to which this Warrant was then exercisable), but only (i) in the case of loss, theft or destruction, upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of this Warrant and, in the case of TFG as the Holder, TFG's indemnity, and, in the case of any other Person as the holder, indemnity or bond, if requested, in each case also reasonably satisfactory to the Company, and (ii) in the case of mutilation, upon surrender of this Warrant. The Applicant for such substitute Warrant shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company or its counsel may prescribe.
