Common use of Lost Records Clause in Contracts

Lost Records. If Ameritech is responsible for lost, destroyed, or mutilated TOPS AMA recordings, Ameritech will not ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ for those calls for which there are no records. Likewise, Ameritech shall not be held responsible by CLEC for lost revenue.
