Lost or Stolen Keys. Tenant is responsible for replacement costs each time a key (to an apartment entrance, a bedroom door, a laundry room, a storage room or a mail box) is lost or stolen. Tenant will be charged for all parts and labor incurred by replacing each lock/key set.
