Common use of Lost Certificate Clause in Contracts

Lost Certificate. If the Warrant Certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed the Corporation may, on such terms as it may in its discretion, acting reasonably, impose, issue and countersign a new Warrant Certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.

Lost Certificate. If the Warrant Certificate certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed the Corporation Company may, on such terms terms, as it may in its discretion, acting reasonably, discretion impose, respectively issue and countersign a new Warrant Certificate warrant of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.

Lost Certificate. 16.1 If the Warrant Certificate certificate evidencing the Warrants issued represented hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed destroyed, the Corporation Company may, on such terms as upon delivery to it may in its discretion, acting reasonably, imposeby the Holder of an appropriate indemnity, issue and countersign a new Warrant Certificate certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.

Lost Certificate. 17.1 If the Warrant Certificate certificate evidencing the Warrants issued represented hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed destroyed, the Corporation Company may, on such terms as upon delivery to it may in its discretion, acting reasonably, imposeby the Holder of an appropriate indemnity, issue and countersign a new Warrant Certificate certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.
