Common use of Lost Certificate Clause in Contracts

Lost Certificate. If the Warrant certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed the Company may, on such terms, as it may in its discretion impose, respectively issue and countersign a new warrant of like denomination, tenor and date as the certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.
