Common use of Lost Certificate Clause in Contracts

Lost Certificate. If the Warrant Certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed the Corporation may, on such terms as it may in its discretion, acting reasonably, impose, issue and countersign a new Warrant Certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.

Lost Certificate. If the this Warrant Certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby or any replacement hereof becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed destroyed, the Corporation mayshall, on such terms as it may in its discretiondiscretion impose, acting reasonably, impose, issue and countersign deliver a new Warrant Certificate certificate, in form identical hereto but with appropriate changes, representing any unexercised portion of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate subscription rights represented hereby to replace the certificate so stolen, lost lost, mutilated or destroyed.

Lost Certificate. 16.1 If the Warrant Certificate certificate evidencing the Warrants issued represented hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed destroyed, the Corporation Company may, on such terms as upon delivery to it may in its discretion, acting reasonably, imposeby the Holder of an appropriate indemnity, issue and countersign a new Warrant Certificate certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.
