Common use of Lost Certificate Clause in Contracts

Lost Certificate. If this certificate evidencing the Warrants becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed, the Company may, on such terms as it may in its discretion impose, issue and countersign a new certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.

Lost Certificate. If this the Warrant certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed, destroyed the Company may, on such terms terms, as it may in its discretion impose, respectively issue and countersign a new certificate warrant of like denomination, tenor and date as the certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.

If this certificate evidencing the Warrants Special Warrant Certificate becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed, destroyed the Company may, on such terms as it may in its reasonable discretion impose, issue and countersign a new certificate Special Warrant Certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.

If this certificate the Warrant Certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed, the Company may, on such terms terms, as it may in its discretion impose, respectively issue and countersign a new certificate warrant of like denomination, tenor and date date, and bearing the same legends, as the certificate so stolen, lost lost, mutilated or destroyed.

Lost Certificate. 17.1 If this the Warrant certificate evidencing the Warrants represented hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed, the Company may, on such terms as upon delivery to it may in its discretion imposeby the Holder of an appropriate indemnity, issue and countersign a new Warrant certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.

Lost Certificate. 16.1 If this the Warrant certificate evidencing the Warrants represented hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed, the Company may, on such terms as upon delivery to it may in its discretion imposeby the Holder of an appropriate indemnity, issue and countersign a new Warrant certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the certificate so stolen, lost mutilated or destroyed.
