Common use of LOSS OF BOND Clause in Contracts

LOSS OF BOND. If the surety bond or other bond securing performance of this Contract is canceled or otherwise becomes ineffective, operations covered by this Contract shall immediately cease upon written or oral order from the State to the Purchaser. Cutting and removal of timber may resume only upon receipt of written notice from the State that acknowledges adequate bond.
