Common use of Loop Components Clause in Contracts

Loop Components. MCIm may, at its option, raise the issue of subloop unbundling (other than NID unbundling, which is addressed in Section 5 of this Attachment III) either through the BFR procedure set forth in Section 25 of Part A of this Agreement, or by cooperating with ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic in the design and implementation of a subloop unbundling technical and operational trial.
