Common use of Look-Back RSUs Clause in Contracts

Look-Back RSUs. For purposes of this Agreement, the Committee approved a “Target Look-Back RSU Amount” of __________________ (________) RSUs. The Committee, in its sole discretion, shall award the Participant a number of RSUs of between zero and up to 150% of the Target Look-Back RSU Amount (“Look-Back RSUs”), on the Determination Date (as defined below).
