Longs. Longs will maintain in force a Commercial General Liability insurance policy, including Products Liability insurance, with limits of no less than * per incident and * aggregate for bodily injury including death and personal injury to persons and damage to property. ABDC will be named on such policies (up to such amounts) as an additional insured to the extent of Longs’ insurable liabilities assumed under this Agreement.
